摘要
侧脑室灌注甲硫脑啡肽和亮脑啡肽可使健康家兔血浆皮质酮浓度降低,这一作用可被纳洛酮逆转.家兔烧伤(Ⅲ°,30%)后30min血浆皮质酮含量较对照组有非常显著的增高,预先给予地塞米松也不产生负反馈作用.脑啡肽不能使烧伤后升高的血浆皮质酮浓度下降。这些结果提示,在烧伤应激反应时,可激活CRH以外的机制促进ACTH释放,脑啡肽作为神经递质参与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的调控。
Met-and Leu-enkephalin perfused into lateral ventricles could lower serum cor-ticosterone level in healthful rabbits. This effect could be reversed by giving naloxone, Thirty min after burn (third degree, 30%) serum corticosterone of rabbits,increased very significantly over controls, and pretreatment with dexamethazone had no negative feedback effect. Enkephalin failed to lower serum corticosterone from its increased level following burn. These results suggest that, in the stress reaction to burn, ACTH release can be promoted by mechanisms other than activation of cor-ticotrophin releasing hormone ( CRH ) , and enkephalin as a neurotransmitter plays a role in the modulation of hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis.
