摘要
本文扼要介绍了喘振实验台设计的基本过程,分析了实际压缩系统的喘振动态特征,并捕捉到喘振先兆现象,设计了合理的作动机构,得到了多种不同形式的控制效果。
An experimental study has been carried out on the active control of surge in the com pression system. It has been realized experimentally that the low frequency component of the system oscillation of surge is suppressed within a computerized closed-loop on-line control scheme, the amplitude of this oscillation is greatly reduced, and the stable operating range of the compression system is enlarged. A small scale test rig for studying surge phenomenon has been constructed. Surge dynamics for three differental B parameters has been analysed.Special emphasis has been focused on the inception behavior of surge in actual compression system to provide a basis for designing the control scheme and choosing the control input.The actuator incorporating the control pertubations iato the syStem was designed and its achieved results were analysed for different pertubation frequency and phases.
