摘要
对中压下水在三维内翅管中的上升沸腾两相流动与传热性能进行了试验研究。试验压力P=26×105~56×105Pa,质量流速G=280~740kg/(m2·s),热流密度q=29×104~91×104W/m2。揭示了摩擦阻力压降和传热性能随主要参数变化的特征,并与光滑管性能进行了比较。建立了流阻与传热的关联式。
An experimental study has been carried out oil saturated up-flow boiling of water in a vertical iaternal three-dimensional fin-tube at moderate pressures. The ranges of the important experimental parameters are as follows: pressure p=26×105 ̄56×105Pa; mass flux ('mass velocity') G =280 ̄740kg/(m2.s); heat flux q=29×104 ̄91×104W/m2.The variation of the steam-water two-phase frictional pressure drop and boiling heat transfer characteristics with these parameters has been reported, and the results are compared with those of a smooth tube. The corresponding correlations for the frictional pressure drop and the heat transfer coefficient have been established.
