腰椎间盘突出症经皮穿刺切吸治疗150例报告

Treatment of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Percutaneous Lumbar Diskectomy (A Report of 150Cases)

本文报告150例腰椎间盘突出症采用电动式经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸仪治疗,穿刺成功率100%.术后平均3.5个月随访,优良率90%.该方法具有创伤小、出血少、痛苦少、恢复快,不造成神经根粘连及硬脊膜纤维化,不影响脊柱稳定性等优点.认为在掌握定性诊断资料并精确定位的基础上,严格选择适应证和正规操作,应用该方法是安全有效的.

This article reported the treatment of 150 cases of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation using automatic percutaneous diskectomy device. The follwing-up for an average period of 3. 5 monthes showed the excellent and good rate of 90% ,and successful rate of 100%. The treatment had the advantages of lesser trauma and hemorrhage ,slight pain,rapid recovery,no adhesion of the nerve roots and dural fibrosis and no affection to spinal stability. We demonstrated that this method is safe and effective on basis of having qualitative diagnosis and accurat location and then selected the indication strictly and operated properly.
