Vascularized Medial Tibial-Skin Flap in Repairing Severe Traumatic Tissue Defect of the Extremities

本文介绍一种新的游离骨皮瓣—以膝降动脉为蒂的膝内侧胫骨皮瓣,用于修复四肢严重创伤性骨与软组织缺损4例,获得了满意的外形与功能恢复.该骨皮瓣皮下脂肪少,厚薄适中,外形美观,皮瓣切取后对供区功能无影响.文章介绍了骨皮瓣的应用解剖,手术方法及其适应证.

The design of a new vascularized medial tibial bone-skin flap with the arteria genus descendens to reconstruct defected bones and tissues in the extremities on 4 cases were reported. Excellent result were abtained in function and appearance. The flap resulted in less subcutaneous fat, suitable skin thickness, good in appearance, and no functional disturbance has been occured at the donor site. The anatomy as well as the operative procedure and indication will be introduced in detail.
