摘要 对尼龙-6试样进行热处理,对在不同的工艺条件下(加热温度、保温时间、冷却介质、以及热处理条件)研究尼龙-6试样的拉伸、冲击、硬度等物理性能变化,以观察热处理对试样力学性能的影响,并将热处理后的试样进行结晶度、密度、晶型、内应力、热性能等进行研究,探索不同热处理条件对微观结构的影响,寻找微观结构与力学性能之间的关系。 The essay explains the results of such physical property tests on nylon-6 samples as elongation impact. Hardness under various theat treatment process conditions. Heating temprature. heating duration .cooling meadium etc,so as to demonstrate the influnce of heat treatment upon the mechenical properdes of the samples.The essay also explains the research on crystallinity,density,crystal types,internal stress and thermal, characters of the samples after heat treatment so as to demonstrate the influnce of heat treatment upon micro structure and relationship between micro structure and mechenical property.The essay is a brief introduction to the choice of heat treatment processes and applications when making articles different structure.
