摘要
研究了烷基酰胺ECH-2对陶塑地砖PVC面层抗静电改性的可能性,证明其面层的电阻率,透明度等物性与抗静电剂的用量,配比有关,找到ECH-2最适用量为0.8-0.9份,在与溴磷酸酯协同改性时,又可提高PVC透明的阻燃性。用这种改性PVC薄膜作面层,与印花陶塑底层复合制成的性能:表面电阻率3.7×10^8Ω,氧指数30等。达到既抗静电又阻燃的改性效果。
The possibility of antistatic modifying using alkylamide ECH-2 on the surface layer of printing pottery - plastic PVC floor board was studied (the results show that the properties of the surface layer such as electrical resistivity and transparency had relations with the dosage and the mix ratio of the antistatic agent. The optium dosage was proved to be 0. 8 - 0. 9%. When mixed with bromophoshate to comodify.ECH -2 could improve the flame - resistivity of the material. The compounded floor board molded of modified PVC as surface layer and printing pottery-plastic as bottom layer had special properties 1,0, 3. 7X108,OI 30. The double effect of antistatic and flame-retarding was thus reached.
