摘要
本文介绍了超声振动挤压强化工艺中工具头的设计特点及修磨方法，并通过试验，对挤压工具头的磨损规律及各工艺参数对其耐用度的影响进行了分析。
In this paper,the design and coping of tool heads used in ultrasonic vibration extrusion hardening are introduced.By experiments,the wear rules of extrusion tool heads and the influence of their parameters on tool durability are also discussed.
