摘要
本文以最小二乘法来进行展成滚刀的理论法向齿形圆弧拟合。文中最具特点的是:解决了使代圆弧齿形通过滚习理论齿形上的指定点和各段圆弧之间的连接问回,使两圆弧在圆弧端点相接或相切。这是在此以前使用最小二乘法进行圆弧拟合所不能的。
This poper gets on closing in on the circular arc based on the method ofminmum squares, which is aimed at the theoretical normal profile of the generating hob. The distinsuishing feature of the paper is that makes the replace circular arc passing through the stipulation points of the theoretical profile of the generating hob and resolves the linking issue among every replace circular arces. It makes two replace circular arces smooth joining or touches each other in the ends of the replace circular arc. It has not been resolved to set on closing in on the circular arc with the method of minimum Squares until now.
