摘要
刀具寿命变异系数是评价刀具可靠性的重要指标之一．本文通过切削试验，从工件材料、刀具几何角废、刀具磨钝标准及切削用量等方面全面探讨了影响刀具寿命变异系数的各种因。提出了降低刀具寿命变异系数，提高刀具可靠性达到加工经济性的途径．
The variation coefficient of cutting tool life is an important parameter to assess tool reliability. Various variables affecting coefficient of variation were studied experimently.
