摘要
分析了大直径拉刀在热处理过程中产生裂纹的原因。提出了防止产生裂纹、减小变形的综合热处理工艺措施。
The factor of crack of major diameter broaches caused in heat treatmentprocess was analyzed in this paper. A new treatment way how to provent and reduce the crackand the change of the form for major diameter broaches was also put forward.
