扭簧比较仪指针不平衡对示值误差的影响

Influence of Unbalanced Microkator Pointer on the Error of Indication

本文对目前国内尚存在争议，但在制造和使用中亟待解决的“扭簧比较仪在不同安装位置下使用时因指针不平衡对示值误差的影响”进行了全面分析与计算，并在此基础上对现行国家检定规程ＪＪＧ１１８—８６规定的不平衡指标值及检定方法进行了探讨，提出了相应建议。本文提出的分析方法和由此得出的相关结论也适用于其它结构相近的指针式仪表。

The error of a microkator with an nubalanced indicating pointer varies with mounting positions. There has long been a dispute about this at home and a problem in the manufacture and use of microkators. In this paper, the author makes a new analysis and calculation of the errors and conducts an exploration of the desired unbalanced value and its check system, stated in the current national standards JJG118-86. And some proposal in advanced accordingly. The conclusion as well as the analyzing method of this peper also applies to other similar pointer instruments.
