摘要
本文针对国内对径向剃齿刀的修形理论及刃磨（磨齿）技术尚未很好掌握和运用的现状，提出一套满足被剃齿轮精度条件的径向剃齿刀齿面实现的工艺方法。实验证明，提出的方法其原理可行，形式新颖，且简单方便，在生产上具有实用意义。
In this Paper,a kind of the process m6thod used to Srind profile of plungeshaving cutter,which can meet the needs of the precision of gear shaved, is researched, tocounter the tendency that the Profile correction theory and grinding gear technology about plungeshaving cutter hasn't been grasped well in our country. It has been Proved that the principle isfeasible, form is hew and original, besides simple and convenient. It is of Practical use in theProduction.
