渐开线齿轮滚刀齿顶圆弧的合理设计

Optimum Design of Tooth Point Arc of Involute Gear Hob Cutter

本文阐述了滚刀滚齿时齿轮齿根过渡曲线的延长渐开线的等距线与齿轮齿形渐开线的关系。指出通过计算作出图形，可分析出滚刀齿顶圆弧的设计是否合理。说明了在设计滚刀时应尽量增大齿顶圆弧，以减少应力集中。

This paper discussed the relationship between the involute pitch of tooth root and tooth profile involute in hobbing. It pointed out that the design of gear cutter should greatly increase the tooth point arc so as to reduce the stress concentration to increase the force of tooth root.
