摘要
研究了齿轮齿端弧面倒角刀的设计问题。介绍了刃形曲线及安装参数的确定和加工过程中判断刀具与齿轮其他齿面产生干涉现象的方法。给出了倒角刀的结构图和几何参数。
In this paper, author studied the design of chamfered cutter fot tooth arcface, and introduced the edge curve and determination of parameters of setting and the method tojudge the interference between cutter and tooth as well as the structure figure and geometry ofcharnfcted cutter were also presented.
