摘要
本文通过对金属镍催化剂的配方研究,筛选出一个活性和选择性均较优的氢化催化剂。用制得的催化剂对氢化工艺条件进行研究,建立了该催化剂使用条件下氢化选择性指数(SI)与氢化温度(T)、氢气压力(P)及催化剂浓度(C)之间的函数关系方程。结果表明:通过配方提高镍基催化剂的选择性必将降低其活性;而调节氢化工艺条件则可同时改善催化剂的活性和选择性。
In this paper,the formulation of oil hydrogenation catalysts were studied. A compound catalyst with higher selectivity and activity and formulated mainly with nickel was prepared. Using the new catalyst,we studied the relationship between hydrogenation conditions and its selectivity and activity, and built an empirical equation on the basis of above results. The following may be concluded: when selectivity of the catalyst is increased by regulating its formulation, its activity will be decreased; but both selectivity and activity may be increased by regulating the process condition.
