Status of the Catalysts Used in Domestic Large-Scale Ammonia Plants

近五年（１９８８年７月～１９９３年６月），１９家在运转的大型氨厂共更换１２种制氨催化剂１１７２５．１８ｔ，国产化率达９０％以上，比五年前有明显提高，万吨氨单耗也从４．０ｔ降至３．４８ｔ，但和国外产品相比还有一定差距。

According to statistics, about 12000 tons of ammonia manufacture catalysts belonging to twelve series have been used in nineteen large-scale ammonia plants which went into operation from July, 1988 to June 1993. This means coverage of domestic products in this field has exceeded 90%, a remarkable increase compared with five years ago. Catalysts consumption per ten thousand tons of ammonia has also dropped from 4. 0 tons to 3.48 tons. However, there is still quite a way to go when compared with world advanced level.
