摘要 实验室高压活性测定表明,在同等条件下,A202型低温氨合成催化剂氨合成率比A110-3催化剂提高7%~15%,比A201提高4%~8%,也略高于国外同类产品,耐热性和抗毒性均优于A201催化剂。X射线衍射表明,传统的氨合成催化剂均为Fe3O4尖晶石结构,而高铁比时,则为FeO相,属于NaCl型结构。精密晶胞参数测定表明,添加钻能使氧化态催化剂的晶胞参数变小,而加入稀土元素则使晶胞参数变大。催化剂同时加入钻和稀土元素后使还原态催化剂的晶粒度变小,比表面增大,孔结构改善。 This paper reports the research on A202 type low temperature ammonia synthesis catalyst. Laboratory study shows that the activity of A202 is 7%  ̄15% higher than that of A110-3, 4% ̄8% higher than that of A201,and slightly better than the sample from abroad under the same conditions. Its thermal stability and anti-poisoning property are also superior to that of A201.XRD shows that the phases of traditional ammonia synthesis catalysts are all spinel structure of Fe3O4, and the main phase of FeO (belonging to NaCl type structure) edests when Fe2+/Fe3+ ratio is higher. The measurement of precision lattice parameters indicates that the lattice parameters of oxided catalyst decrease with the addition of cobalt, and increase with the addition of rare earth elements. Coaddition of cobalt and rare earth elements leads to decreased grain size, increased specific surface area and improved pore structure in reduced catalyst.
