摘要
根据活性氧化铝载体的吸水率,采用载体与其饱和吸附量浸渍液淋拌法制备钻钼耐硫变换催化剂,用BET、XRD和EPMA等进行表征,并与共浸法制备的催化剂进行对比,表明淋拌法制备的催化剂中钴钼活性组份分布较均匀,略呈表面富集,提高了组份利用率,其CO转化率大于90%,且工艺较共浸法简单,组份易于控制。
On the basis of the saturating hygroscopicity of γ-Al2O3 supporter, a sulfur-tolerant CO shift catalyst was prepared by blend-drenching method arid then characterized by BET, XRD and EPMA techniques. The results show that active components have a better distribution in the catalyst than that in the catalyst prepared by co-impregnation method, which leads to better utilization of the active components. The CO conversion on the catalyst surpassed 90%. Blend-drenching method is simpler than coimpregnation and makes the control of the content of active components easier.
