L分子筛芳构化催化剂与传统的双功能重整催化剂相比,链烷烃芳构化活性和选择性高得多.粘合剂影响L分子筛催化剂的强度、芳构化活性和选择性.Pt/KBaL催化剂比Pt/KL催化剂的芳构化活性和选择性高、钡含量影响Pt/KBaL催化剂的芳构化活性和选择性。微反结果表明,自制的Pt/KL和Pt/KBaL催化剂比文献报导的载铂L分子筛催化剂的芳构化活性和选择性高;100ml装置评价结果也证明两种自制催化剂具有很高的芳构化活性和选择性。
Compared with conventional bifunctional reforming catalyst, zeolite L aromatization catalyst has much higher aromatization activity and selectivity for the dehydrocyclization of paraffins. Addition of Binder affects the mechanical strength, aromatization activity and selectivity of zeolite L catalyst. So the aromatization activity and selectivity of Pt/KBaL catalysts are higher than those,.of Pt/KL catalysts. The content of barium in Pt/KBaL catalyst has an effect on its aromatization activity and selectivity. The results from n-he-cane aromatization experiments in micro-reactor show that the Pt/KL and Pt/KBaL catalysts we prepared have higher aromatication activity and selectivity than reported zeolite L catalyst impregnated with platinum. 100ml pilot plant test of the catalyst also shows very good activity and selectivity to dehydrocyclization of paraffins.
