微机监控防爆远红外复合加热烘炉的研制

Development of Far Infra- red Compound Heating Oven with Explosion-proof and Microprocessor-based Monitoring and Controlling System

该烘炉是在中国专利技术（Ｎｏ．８６２０７６６６．８）“单种热源远红外辐射对流复合烘炉”基础上进行完备的热力工程设计，配以创新的特殊储热储能结构、先进防爆技术而成。整套ＳＴＤ控制系统中包括了易燃气体浓度监测、光声报答及自动保护以及炉温、炉内压力和烘干程度的自动检测及控制。该系统在河南南阳防爆电机厂的长期使用表明：可以提高工效４～５倍，节能效果显著，同时提高了产品质量。

This oven was developement based on the CHINA PATENT(No.86207666.8)“Far-infrared Rays and Therinal Convection Compound Heating Oven with Single Kind of SOurce”,Designed with the law of thermodynamics in mind,equiped with specially creating energy saving str-tucture and explosion- proof technique;the micro-computer STD BUS industry control system includ-ed with combustible gas concentration monitor,light and sound alarm function and automatic protec-tor,oven temprature,pressure and stoving degree measure and control;several years use of this oven system at Nanyang Explosion-proof Motor Factory in Henan Province P.R.C. has proven that this system decreased the heating hours from 30h to about 6h,had great effect of saving energy,and im-proved the quality of products at the same time.
