摘要
该设备是一种大型火焰炉,用于铝锭及铝合金废料的熔炼。在设计中选择了合理的炉型;采用了烧损率最小的熔池尺寸和节能燃烧器;合理地组织燃烧;强化给热、提高生产率;同时还采取了余热回收、降低炉体热损失等节能措施。通过现场实测,油耗43.8kg/t_铝,热效率高达57%左右。
It is a big flame furnace for melting aluminium ingots or waste aluminium alloy. In the furnace design a rational furnace shape and bath dimensions which enable minimum burning loss,are selected. Through the use of energy saving burners and reasonable burning control that cause fur-nace temperature rise and increasing the productivity also. Besides above,other energy saving mea-sures,such as after heat recovery,decreasing furnace heat loss etc. are adopted.
