摘要
本文介绍了利用灰色决策理论对旧房鉴定的一类新方法。该方法包括灰靶决策和单目标局势决策，并以实例说明该方法的应用。
In the paper, a new method for the appraisal of original building is proposed as a basis by the grey decision theory. It involves the grey target decision and situation decision on simple-objective. The Application of the method is illustrated with examples.
