本文介绍一种啤酒发酵微机控制系统。首先，介绍啤酒发酵工艺过程的主要控制参数－温度的控制原理；接着说明系统的基本功能以及硬件结构；最后，介绍系统的软件设计，着重介绍应用软件中各模块的基本功能。

This paper is intended to introduce a microcomputer control system for beer fermentation. First, it introduces the control principle of temperature that is major control object in engineering process of beer fermentation. Secondly, it continues to introduce the principal function of system and hardware structure. Findly, the software design is introduced, and the principal function of each modu1e in ap- plication software is outlined in detail.
