软件配置管理是软件开发过程中的一项重要活动，但长期以来未得到足够的重视。本文对软件在其生命周期的不同阶段、不同时刻的形态描述及更改控制等问题进行了论述。给出一种配置管理数据模型及其实现方法。

Software Configuration Management (SCM) is a very important activity in Software develop- ment, but it hasn't been paid much attention. This paper discusses the state deseribing and updating contrelling of Software object is varieus phases and time in its life cycle. Finally, this paper gives a data model of SCM and its implementations.
