摘要
本文介绍的温度检测与控制系统用于热处理过程。该系统以单片机为基础,由数字、模拟两部分组成。系统采用PID和Bang-Bang相结合的控制方法,实现八路检测和八路多段控制。借助于数字仿真可以很方便地确定调节器的参数。文中对系统的结构、原理、控制方法及相应的软件作了介绍,并给出了运行结果。
A temperature measurement and control system which is introduced in this paper is used in the thermal treatment process. This system is based on a single-chip microprocessor, and consists of digital and analog parts. The method of PID and Bang-Bang control is used. Using digital simula- tion, the adjuster's parameters can be selected.
