摘要
以MK_2-3: K^+R^+leu^-ρ^+(n)为供体菌,AS2420-1: K^-P^-leu^+ρ~0(2n)为受体菌,通过电融合技术构建一批嗜杀啤酒酵母。其中4株融合子具有较高的嗜杀活性,对这4株融合子的遗传性状、DNA含量及细胞大小、形态,嗜杀质粒ds-RNA提取及电泳等研究表明,这4株菌具有双亲的互补性。对其中MAR_1的进一步实验表明,MAR_1的某些发酵性能接近甚至优于亲株AS2420-1,具有与亲株MK_2-3相同的杀菌谱,混合发酵实验中MAR_1可有效地防止野生酵母的污染,具有进一步开发利用的潜在价值。
A number of killing beer yeast fusants were constructed by elec-tric fusion with the donor MK2-3:K+R+leu-p+(n) and the recipient AS2420-1: K-R- leu+ p°(2n). Four fusants of them had high killing ability. The results of stu-dies on some properties of the four strains, such as genetic character, content of DNA per cell, average size of cells and their shapes, extraction and electrophoretic detection of dsRNAs killer plasmid, showed that they had the mixed characteristics of their parental strains. Furthermore studies on one of them showed that the fusant MAR1 had same killing effect with donor MK2-3 and could inhibit the wild yeast QFB4-1. Its properties of fermentation was close even superior to those of the recipient AS 2420-1
