车间空气中岩棉粉尘卫生标准的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为制订车间空气中岩棉粉尘卫生标准,对岩棉制品厂进行了劳动卫生学调查及岩棉粉尘对大鼠肺致纤维化作用实验研究。调查结果显示了工人作业场所空气中粉尘污染明显,时间加权平均浓度为2.04~12.53mg/m3。实验结果表明了岩棉粉尘对大鼠肺有轻度致纤维化作用。长期接触高浓度岩棉粉尘对人呼吸器官可能造成影响,有引起肺纤维化的可能。根据本研究结果和参考国外卫生标准,建议车间空气中岩棉粉尘卫生标准(时间加权平均浓度)为5mg/m3。 In order to work out a hygienic standard of rock wool fiber in workplaces, the labor hygiene in the rock wool fiber factory and the fibrosis of the rat lung induced by rock wool fiber were investigated. The results indicated that the workplaces were obviously contaminated by the rock wool fiber, their time weighted average concentrations (TWA) were 2.40-12. 53mg/m3. The results also showed that the rock wool fiber could induce slight fibrosis on rats’lungs. The main target organ is respiratory system. Lung fibrosis on workers could be found when exposed to high concentration of fiber for a long time. Based on results of this study and consulted with hygienic standards of other countries, 5mg/m3 is recommended as the hygienic standard (TWA) of rock wool fiber in workplaces.
