“真止渴”饮料对高温环境中实验动物的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 给动物灌服一种以中草药为原料配制的解暑饮料“真止渴”浓缩液作实验,并以动物灌服白开水作对照,将动物置于35℃以上的高温环境中,观察肛温、心率、血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)、钾(K+)、钠(Na+)和耗氧量的变化及对致死温度(43℃)的耐受时间等。结果表明该饮料对肛温调节影响不明显,但能维持心率平稳,提高心脏的代偿能力;抑制热环境引起的SGPT增高;有助于水盐代谢的平衡,明显提高小白鼠对致死温度的耐受能力;也能降低小白鼠的耗氧量;该品安全无毒性。 After animals were instilled with a kind of beverage 'zhen zhi ke' made from Chinese medicinal herb and boiled water(as the control)respectively,they were caged in hot environment(>35℃). Their rectal temperature,heart rate,SGPT,K+、Na+,oxygen consumption and the endurance time under the lethal temperature (43 ℃) were investigated. The results showed that the beverage did not affect the regulation of rectal temperature significantly in case of rabbits but it could maintain the stability of heart rate and enhance the heart compensation. In case of rats it could inhibit the SGPT elevation and promote the balance of water-salt metabolism.It enhanced also the ability to endure lethal temperature and reduced the oxygen consumption of the mice. In addition the beverage was proved to have no side effect.
