摘要
合成了一系列双醚二酐(HODEA)型共聚醚酰亚胺,研究了它们的H_2/N_2分离性能。刚性二胺单体的引入可明显降低聚醚酰亚胺的链段活动性,改善H_2/N_2分离性能。30℃时,HQDEA-MDA/DAB(80/20)和HQDEA-MDA/TDA(80/20)的透H_2系数分别比均聚物HQDEA-MDA高24%和15%,H_2/N_2分离系数分别比HQDEA-MDA高9%和30%。
A Setics of HQDEA-basedcopolyethermides were prepared from six diamines(e. g. MDA,p-PDA,m-PDA,1.5-NDA,TDA,and DAB).H_2 permeability coefficient and H_2/N_2seletivity coefficient of six polyetherimides weremeasured at the temperatures from ambient up to150℃ under 7atm; Repalcement partly of MDA withrigid diamines generally increased H_2/N_2 selectivity. Among five copolyetheTimides,HQDEA-MDA/TDA(80/20 ) had the highest H_2 permeability and higherH_2/N_2 selectivity, while HQDEA-MDA/DAB(80/20)had higher H_2 permeability and the highest H_2/N_2selectivitv, H_2 permeability coefficient and H_2/N_2selectivity coefficient of HQDEA-MDA/TDA(80/20)were increased by 24%and 9%at 30℃,respectively,compared with HQDEA-MDA, while H_2 permeabilitycoefficient and H_2/N_2 selectivity coefficient ofHQDEA-MDA/DAB(80/20) were increased by 15%and 30%at 30℃,respectively,compared withHQDEA-MDA.
