摘要
利用低温水热合成工艺,在一定浓度比的Pb(NO)_3,TiCl_4的混合强碱性水溶液中,和在(120℃,0.25MPa)的水热反应条件下,首次成功地在SrTiO_3(110)单晶衬底上生长出具有(110)面织构的PbTiO_3外延薄膜。Rutherford背散射/沟道(RBS/C)分析表明薄膜外延质量较高,沟道最低产额(X_(min))达0.42。
A(110)in-plane textured PbTiO_3 thin film has been successfully synthesized on SrTiO_3(110)single crystal substrate by using a new hydrothermal scheme.This technique involed submerging thesubstrate in an alkaline aqueous solution of Pb (NO_3)2 and TiCl_4 and holding the system under ahydrothermal condition of l20℃ and 0.25MPa. RBS/C analysis proved that a high quality epitaxialPbTiO_3 thin film with minimum yield (X_(min) of 0.42 was obtained。
