摘要
用硬度法研究了环氧/环氧丙烯酸酯混杂体系中以硫盐引发光交联时。组成对光交联的影响;安息香二甲醚(BDK)能促进混杂体系的光交联;动态力学性能的测定表明该体系是一相容性互络体系;组成对体系的相容性、交联密度、互穿程度均有影响。
n an epoxy/ epoxy acrylate hybrid system, the effect of the monomer composition on photocrosslinking initiated with sulfonium salt was studied by measuring the changes of pendulum hardness. The photocrosslinking process can be promoted by benzil dimethylketal (BDK). Dynamic mechanical measurements of the cured products indicated that the system was a compatible interpenetrat ing polymer network. The monomer composition affects the crosslinking density, compatibility as well as the degree of interpenetration.
