摘要
采用溶液共混法得到了聚苯胺(PAn)/合联苯结构聚芳砜(LPES)导电复合膜。该复合膜有良好的力学性能和导电性能,对其导电规律进行了探讨。热分析结果表明复合膜有良好的热稳定性。用扫描电镜观察了复合膜的微观形貌,表明PAn与LPES的共混相容性较好。
An / LPES composite film was Prefered by solution blending method using N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP) as solvent. This composite film has good mechanical properties, showing synergism with respectto tensile strength (reaching 103MPa). The conductivity of composite film changes with the content ofPAn in composite film and the PH value of protonic acid aqueous solution as doping agent and can reach 13.4S/cm. The conduction mechanism was also discussed. Their heat resistance properties were charaterized by DSC and TGA. The heat resistance of this composite film is high. The SEM micrographshows that the compatibility between PAn and LPES is good.
