摘要
采用种子乳液聚合的方法,制备以聚苯乙烯为壳、聚有机硅氧烷为核的弹性粒子,探讨了加料和引发方式对粒子的结构及形貌的影响,并对苯乙烯种子乳液聚合的机理进行了初步的讨论。
The core-shell polymer particles were prepared by the polymerization of styrene in the presence of polysiloxane seeded latex. The polymerizations were initiated by redox initiator or the irradiation of 60Co γ-ray. The structure and the morphology of the obtained particles affected by the addition methods of styrene and the types of initiation were investigated by using IR spectrum instrument and transmission electron microscopy. The mechanism of the seeded emulsion polymerization was also discussed.
