摘要
对碳纤维增强聚砜(CF/PSU)颅骨修补材料的物理力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着CF含量的增加,CF/PSU复合材料的密度ρc增大,线膨胀系数α、熔体指数MI、体积电阻率ρv均减小,且ρc及ρv的变化分别符合公式:ρc=1.243+0.405WCF,及lgρv=16.717-20.188WCF(WCF为CF的重量百分数)。当CF含量在0~25(Wt.%)范围内,CF/PSU复合材料的力学性能均随CF含量的增加而增加。对于CF含量为30(wt%)的CF/PSU材料,其拉伸强度、弹性模量、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度分别为204.78MPa、1.988GPa、162.0MPa、28.88kJ/m2.
n this poper, the physical and mechanical properties of carbon fibers reinforced polysulfones for skull prosthesis were investigated. The results of study proclaimed that the demity ρc of CF/PSU composites increased, the linear expansion co6fficient α, melt index (MI) and the volume electrical resistance ρv decreased with the increase of carbon fiber content, ρc=1.243+0.405WCF and lg ρv=16.717-20.188 WCF respectively, where WCF was the weight percent of carbon fibers. The mechanical properties of CF/PSU composites increased with the content of carbon fibers from 0~25 weight percent. The tensile strength、 elastic modulus、 flexural strength and notched impact strength of CF/PSU composite,which the content of carbon fibers was 30 weight percent, were 204.78MPa, 1.988 GPa, 162.0 MPa and 28.88 kJ/m2 respectively.
