高单体浓度下自交联型聚丙烯酸盐类超强吸水剂的合成研究 被引量:11

摘要 探讨了在高单体浓度丙烯酸钾下制备自交联型超强吸水剂的可行性,通过加料方式及配方的改进,使反相悬浮聚合得以稳定进行,并得到了性能优于低单体浓度下制得的吸水剂。其吸水(去离子水)倍数达到1200~1400g/g,吸0.9%生理盐水120~150g/g。反应利用了中和热及聚合热,使得产物:(1)呈多孔性,从而提高了吸速;(2)含水量极低(15%),减少干燥需用的热量。 superabsorbent was prepared at a monomer concentration as high as 65% to 80%, based on the amount of both potassium acrylate and free acrylic acid. With some feeding skills and improvements on the ingndient, the polymerization was carried out smoothly.The resulted superabsorbent has an absorbencey as high as 1200-1400g/g. By utilizing the heat of neutralizing and polymerizing, the resin 1)is blowed porous,thus, exhibits a specially high initial absorbing rate of water, and 2) has a low water content (15%), thus, drying energy is less.
