摘要
采用不同实验方法:SAXS、NMR和激光Raman光谱,对甲苯和辛烷萃取和聚乙烯样品的中间层及其它结晶结构参数进行了研究。结果表明,三种方法测得的中间相厚度有所不同,但均反映出辛烷萃取的聚惭烯样品中间层厚度比甲苯萃取的大。从测试和计算结果得出,中间层厚度和其它结构参数相比不可忽略。结晶聚合物结构以“三相模型”代替传统的“两相模型”可望膛渐被人们接受。
A study of the crystal-amorphous interphase and structur alparameters in polyethylene with toluene and octane extraction has been made by using different techniques such as SAXS, NMR and Laser Raman Spectroscopy,which present the evidence for existence of the interphase in polyethylene.Although some disagreement among the results of quantitative measurement values of interphase by three different methods is encountered, the values of the octane extraction PE were always more than the toluene extraction. Compared with other structural parameters,the values of interphase measured were not negligible, We intend to use a thrse-phase model instead of a traditional two phase model of crystalline polymers.
