立体定向放射外科结合开颅手术治疗颅内巨大肿瘤

X-knife treatment combining with operation for treating intracranial large tumors

我院Ｘ刀治疗１２８例病人，其中肿瘤体积超过３０ｃｍ￣３．继Ｘ刀治疗后１１天～５个月内行开颅手术者１５例。该组病人均取得较好疗效，术中见肿瘤坏死，软化；瘤内小血管闭塞，手术难度及危险性大大降低。本文提示，颅内巨大肿瘤，尤其重要功能部位的良性肿瘤，Ｘ刀治疗可作为一种安全、有效的手术前期准备。

We had treated 128 cases with X-knife,15 of them that their tumor volume was all over 35cm。 wereoperated after X knife treatment 1-5months.All the patients had good results.In operation,the cellularedema,tumor soften and small vascular obstruction could be seen. The difficulty and endangerment ofthe operation was much reduced.The authers stress the X knife treatment of intracranial large tumors, especially for benign and abundant bloody tumors in critical functional regions is a very safe and usefulpreparation for following operation。
