摘要
作者对53例髌骨软骨软化症(87个关节)进行临床研究及X线检查.对髌股关节9个参数进行测量,并同时选30名正常青年工人与之比较.髌股指数、髌韧带和髌骨长度比、外侧偏移率、相称角、双中心角、倾斜角及外侧髌股角经统计学处理与对照组有显著性差异.认为髌股关节的不相称性是髌骨软骨软化症发病的重要因素之一.
Radiologic examintion was made on 53 cases (87 joints) with chondromalacia patellae and 30 normal young workers as control by author. Radiograph of patellofemoral joint was taken and relevant measurements done. Comparison of the various parameters of the patellofemoral joint showed that the patellofemoral index, the congruence angle,the double center angle,tilting angle,lateral shife,lateral patellofemoral angle and Insall-Salvati index were significantly different from those in the control group. The author considered that patellofemoral incongruity is an important factor in the chondromalacia patellae.
