摘要
1,2-丙二醇无论是预先iv还是作为普鲁卡因的溶剂,均能明显提高大鼠体内恒速输注普鲁卡因引起心脏电活动消失的用量,拮抗普鲁卡因对窦房结和房室传导及室内传导的抑制,安定则无明显影响。结果表明,1,2-丙二醇有对抗普鲁卡因抑制心脏的作用,对临床用药有实用意义。
The antagonistic effects of α-propylene glycol on the myocardiac inhibition of procaine in rats were investigated. Procaine was infused through venae femoralisto rats till the QRS waves ot ECG disappeared, α-propylene glycol, both as injection and as solvent for procaine, significantly increased the dose of procaine required to bring about the disappearance of myocardiac bioelectric activities,and antagonized the inhibitory effect of procaine on the heart rates and the atriventricular and intraventricular conductivity.Valium had no effect on the myoeardiac inhibitory effect of procaine. These results demonstrate that a-propylene glycol may prevent the myocardiac inhibition by procaine.
