高压氧与水飞蓟宾联合应用对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的防治及其机制 被引量:5

摘要 28只健康标准新西兰兔分成假手术组、对照组、水飞蓟宾组、高压氧组、高压氧水飞蓟宾联合组,以一侧后肢造成缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血6h,再灌注1h,分别取实验侧胫前肌标本测定MDA.SOD、ATP,PCr,Ca^(++)—AT-Pase及进行超微结构检查,取心、肺、肾组织进行MDA.SOD检查.结果显示高压氧水飞蓟宾联合治疗肢体缺血再灌注损伤具有明显减轻脂质过氧化损害的作用,增高SOD活力及ATP,PCr水平,促进损害组织的恢复,是治疗肢体缺血再灌注损伤的一种有效方法. Twenty eight rabbits were divided into the normal group(n=5) , control group (n = 5), silybin group(n = 6),hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) group (n= 6), and HBO combined with silybin group (n = 6). MDA,ATP,PCr. SOD and Ca++-ATPase were measured in samples taken from anterior tibia muscle,and MDA and SOD in samples taken from the heart,lung,and kidney. The results showed that HBO combined with silybin treatment has a favourable effect on the extremity ischemia-reperfusion-indued injury (I RII)with reduction of the lipid peroxi-dated injury ,increase of the SOD activity, ATP and PCr,anb a promoting recovery of injured muscle cells. It suggests that HBO combined with silybin is an effective method for treatment of the extremity I RII.
