摘要 本文探索了脉冲电磁场(PEF)对大白鼠膝关节大块软骨缺损的作用.结果发现:采用PEF治疗14天,鼠膝关节活动度明显大于对照组(P<0.05),28天、56天时有极显著性差异(P<0.001);组织学研究表明,PEF组较对照组炎症反应轻,细胞排列整齐,软骨细胞再生早,成熟快,作者推测PEF可能诱导软骨下间充质前细胞分化成软骨细胞. We studied the effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEF)on articular cartilage defects in 80 Wistar rats. The results showed that the degree of passive motion of the PEF group was significantly greater than the control one at 14 days(P<0. 05). This difference was even more significant at 28 and 56 days(P<0. 001). Histological examination showed that in the PEF group there was evidence of minor inflammation around the defects. In addition chondrocytes in the PEF rats appeared earlier than in the control group. They matured faster and aligned themselves earlier. It is possible that PEF may enhance the differentiation of the subchondral elements such as mes-enchymal precursor cells.
