摘要
提出了从贸易规模、经济效益和商品结构三方面来衡量出口贸易发展水平的思路，讨论并设计了相应的指标体系及模型。实例表明，这种设计是符合实际情况的。
The idea of measuring the export trade development level from the three aspects of trade scale, economic effect and commodity structure is advanced. The corresponding target systems and models are discussed and designed. Examples indicate the results from these targets and models conform to the reality.
