摘要 本文用二次创新竞争模型对技术输出国和技术引进国的二次创新竞争情形用广义量化方法进行了定性的模拟。分析了二次创新在市场竞争中的“后发优势”。指出,技术引进国赢得后发优势的关键是:具备高素质的人才和积极进行工艺创新。在此基础上,结合我国当前的实际,提出了一些对策建议。 This paper proposed a competitive model of secondary innovation to have qualitatively modulated the competition between the donor and recipient of technology in the market after the technology transfer bed been made. With this model. the sources of Later-comer's Advantage are qualitatively analysed by quantitative simulation and sensitivity analysis. It is concluded that the most important things for late comers(i.e. developing counties) to win the advantages are to nourish the highly qualified employees and to emphasize process innovation. And finally, according to China's reality, some policy proposals are proposed.
