论中国企业理论研究

ON THE STUDY OF CHINESE FIRM IHEORY

本文试图对市场经济下中国企业理论的研究进行探讨。文章从国际上企业理论研究进展的综合分析入手，总结了中国企业概念和行为的演化过程，分析了西方企业理论在中国的局限性和可借鉴之处以及建立现代企业制度面临的问题。探讨了中国企业理论有待研究的主要内容。

This paper tries to explore how to study Chinese firm theory under the condition of market economy. Firstly. The development of firm theory is briefly reviewed; Afterwards the evolution process of the concept and the behaviour of Chinese firm is summarised: Thirdly. the limititions and the points which can be used for reference of applying the western firm theory to settle the problem of Chinese economic reform are analized; And finaly the main contents of Chinese firm theory that needs to be studied further are discussed.
