摘要
重大投资决策对工业企业的生存与发展起着十分重要的作用，一个处于稳定发展期的企业在其成长过程中必定形成一套适应自身经营管理环境的决策过程机制。本文根据实际调查材料，对三家英国大型工业企业的决策过程的特点进行了初步分析。
A major capital investment plays a key role for the survival and development of an industrial enterprise,therefore there must be a proper investment decision mechanism in an mature company, which has been evolved and constantly adapted to befit the company's environment. The paper tries to examine some features of this mechanism in British companies through 3 recent investment decision cases.
