摘要
静脉注射闹羊花醇提物50—100μg/kg能对抗BaCl_2诱发的大鼠心律失常,对CaCl_2、CHCl_3诱发的心律失常模型无效.0.0003%闹羊花醇提物的Looke氏液灌流离体豚鼠心脏,对其心肌收缩力、冠脉流量、心率无明显影响.50、200、300μg/kg闹羊花醇提物不能提高小鼠耐缺氧能力.
The anti-arrhythmic and anoxia tolerance ability effect of the alcoholic extract of rhododendron molle (AERM) on the heart were observed. The result indicated that after AERM (50-100 μg/kg, i.v) , BaCl2 -induced arrhythmia in rats was significantly inhibited ( P<0.0l) , but CaCl2-and CHCl3-induced arrhythmia can't be prevented.We also found that AERM (50, 200 and 300 μg/gk, i.p. ) can't improve the anoxia tolerance ability in mice, and 0.0003% AERM had no effect on cardiac contractility, coronary blood flow, and heart rate of the isolated guinea-pig hearts.
