介绍了由高精度光电编码器、多个光栅位移传感测头、计算机、计算机接口电路及精密机械构成的光、机、电一体化多测头凸轮轴自动检测仪检测原理,多路信号动态采样电路、键槽中心检测电路、分度采样计数控制电路以及凸轮升程误差理论计算软件程序的设计。
The automatic tester is composed of high precision photoelectric encoders.multiple grating displacement measuring heads.computer and the related interfaces.The testing principle of multi-measuring head can spindle automatic tester consisting precision mechanism of optics and mechatronics.multiplex signal dynamic sampling circuit,testing circuit for keyway center,the control circuit for sampling and counting,and the calculation of the lift errors of the cam spindle are described in the paper.
