摘要
本文对近年来国内外关于洪水频率分析问题所作的研究,作了综合的评述,以期对统计工作者了解这一领域的近况有所裨益。全文分模型选择、参数估计、其它问题及结语四个部分。其它问题包括:期望概率、区域综合、流量观测误差影响的分析、贝叶斯估计、特异值问题等。
The purpose of this paper is to assess the current state-ofart of floodf-requencyanalysis in a statistical context. It includes mainly two parts——choice of floodfrequency models and methods of parameter estimation. Some special topics such as expected probability, regional flood-frequency analysis. the effect of discharge measurement error on estimation Bayesian estimation's application and treatment of outliers in flood data are also discussed.
