摘要
本文报道了Ho:YAB晶体的生长,测定了其吸收光谱和折射率。根据Judd一Ofelt理论拟合了Ho3+离子的强度参数Ωλ,计算了各能级跃迁的自发辐射跃迁速率、辐射寿命、荧光分支比和积分发射截面等光谱参数,分析了Ho:YAB晶体作为多功能激光材料的可能性。
The growth of Ho Y1-xAl3(BO3)4(Ho:YAB)crystal was studied. Its refractive indices and absorption spectrum were measured. Based on Judd-Ofelt theory, intensity parameters Ωλ, oscillator strength, spontaneous radiative transition rates,radiative lifetimes,branching ratios and integrated emission cross sections of Ho3+were calculated. The potential application of Ho:YAB as multifunctional laser material was discussed.
